Weekend Master of Science in Chemistry for Industry and Environment

(Weekend Program)

Applications are invited from students interested in pursuing a career in academia or various industries such as, Pharmaceuticals, Textile, Fertilizer, Sugar, Cement, Paper, Ceramics, Food, and Leather, etc..

Course Duration : One year (3 Semesters)
Class Hours : Friday Only (8:30 am to 6:30 pm, with breaks for lunch and jumma prayer)
Total Cost : 1,41,000 (One Lac Fourty One Thousand Taka Only) payable by semester
Admission Requirements:

Graduates with the following academic backgrounds are eligible for admission to the program:

• 4-year B.Sc. or, (3-year Honors + 1-year Masters) or (2-year pass + 2-year Master) in Chemistry and its related disciplines such as, applied chemistry and chemical engineering, chemical engineering, food and nutrition, textile, leather, biochemistry, pharmacy, environmental science, soil science, etc.
• A minimum CGPA of 2.5 or equivalent is required from SSC to Masters’ levels of studies.

B. Offline Application Process:

Prescribed application form can be collected from the Department of Chemistry. Completed application form along with attested copies of B.Sc (Hons./Pass) & MS certificates/marksheets, two recent passport size color photographs and an amount of Tk 1000/- (in cash) should be submitted to the office of the Department of Chemistry during the office hour between 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
